I’m afraid to look at the bank account, It had been looking good, but since I wasn’t paid my commission check (hopefully my dispute will be accepted and check cut before I start this adventure - but then that would take the fun out of it? No?? certainly give me less to write about!) , having rent taken out, with nothing going in is gona hurt big time!!! But at least I shall inherit the earth (the meek*).
At this point I have nothing to loose and the world to gain! If it comes through, then that long overdue IKEA trip is gona be a part of the yet to be finalized NY itinerary **, and maybe I can buy a blender stock the drink cabinet (buy some fruit) and use that drink book, I bought for my friend (the one that refused/"forgot" to take but instead decided to steal.. sorry I meant “acquire” some of my other items like my cool bag and winter wear… yes yes I am talking bout YOU!!!)***
If the check comes before all this starts then maybe, I can buy some John Deer clothes (to fit in with the Mass crowd – country folk/hippies).
Being broke is like living on borrowed time (and the clock is ticking fast), but there can’t be any thinking just doing, I should really just… adjust to it! Just make it right… Right? What it is is what it is… and what it ain’t, it ain’t! Everything is everything. No point in being a rebel with out a cause… Just make it relevant! Wait, shit
Wait, shit!
Turns out I may have jumped the gun, by communicating my intended scrubbing activities, some people in the cities I am looking to visit have been refusing to answer my calls*. Jokes aside I am quite amped to see a few good friends in Mass, and Philly (some I haven’t seen in years!)
So far so good tho, the Philly itinerary** is in check (Thursday), Atlantic city (Friday Night) is in place, I got Boston good (Saturday night), still trying to con people in the good state of Mass*** to BBQ (and possibly buy alcohol - Sunday afternoon).
The Twitter has me good for NY (when I get back) I got everything from art exhibitions, free movies (Bryant Park) and scavengers hunts good. I just need to figure out if I can get good FREE/RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE things to see (Friday Day Time- Philly) and Boston (Monday Day Time). I am looking forward to the museums in Philly (got my student id card!!!), and happy hour by the Seaport. In AC them penny slot machines are sounding real real good right now.
I am hoping to find some good websites, or people to follow on The Twitter, in any of these cities!
* Or maybe my phone has been cut off (either way I aint telling), and I am just acting out to make it look like I have a working phone.

I have a Netbook with a wireless modem built in, I-pod touch, Blackberry, and what some may consider to be a sense of humor.
I am pretty sure I will be able to get on the internet and blog about what I am doing (batteries allowing)… from almost anywhere. (Except for that little bit of time I may to have spend in jersey)*
This blog, is only gona have content for the next week or so (while I am on my broke ass dudes adventure).
I am actually considering making a twitter account, specifically for the trip....Just so that I can blog and tweet at the same time...
The one thing I am missing** is a digital camera, I have 2, one has a broken screen (so you cant see what it is you are taking a picture of, and the other I dropped and a few screws came out***, so the little bit that I press to take picture button doesn’t work)
I guess I will try and fix it, borrow one, or just buy a damn disposable camera (hard to do on a broke ass n*g7a budget)
I am gona travel china town bus $15 to Philly from NY $15 to Boston… and try and con my homeboy to drive me to Atlantic City form Philly.
As far as what’s popping what’s hood and what’s free, I’m gona rely on... “The Twitter”****
* The caveman in the Geico commercial apparently lives there... last I heard they where still working on making the wheel, I seriously doubt they have internet there…

DUE TO SOME COMPLICATIONS AT WORK, I WAS NOT PAID TODAY!!!!! THE EVENT ITSELF WAS FORSEEN*…
Just Barely made rent, bills, credit card payments and subscriptions to which blogger will not allow me to mention do to censorship issues.
I had taken some time off work in order to attend my cousins graduation.
The initial plan was to head out to Chicago, hit the city hard, take a train to Indiana (see some cows), head back to Chicago then head out to Detroit** (all places I have never really been to - or remember even if i had), come back to NY, hit up the city for a day or three work free, then end it there..
I still have the time off work… The summer has been so uneventful, I refuse to make this summer suck more than it already has!!! I intend to make it the best week ever regardless…
On an extremely*** limited budget (after rent, bills and what some might call an addiction to not cooking my own food), my new plan is to hit up a few cities in the area (sleeping on couches, china town buses)..
I’m gona blog about it****, and hopefully make this all as fun as it possibly can be.
* A LITTLE CRYING, A LITTLE COMPLAIGNING, BUT FORTUNATLEY ALL IS NOT LOST (well not yet anyway)… we are still working on it and hopefully I may still see my commission check (which I rely on to survive)
